Ingredients
- ½ tbsp peanut oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small red chili, finely chopped (deseed to reduce heat)
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp kecap manis
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 x 400ml can coconut milk
How to Make Peanut Satay Sauce
