avocado dip for roasted veg

This is a great accompaniment to roasted vegetables. And so easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 dates (soaked in hot water for 10min)
  • 1/2 cup of rice milk
  • 2 spoons of tahini
  • Pinch of sea salt

 

METHOD:

Add all ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve with your favourite roast vegetables.

Store in fridge.
