This is a great accompaniment to roasted vegetables. And so easy to prepare.
- 1 avocado
- 3 dates (soaked in hot water for 10min)
- 1/2 cup of rice milk
- 2 spoons of tahini
- Pinch of sea salt
Add all ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve with your favourite roast vegetables.
Store in fridge.
