“Love the life you have while you create the life of your dreams. Don’t think you have to choose one over the other.” “Remember, the moment you accept total responsibility for everything in your life is the moment you claim the power to change anything in your life.” – Hal Elrod
1. S for Silence – Instead of hitting the snooze button, then rushing through the day stressed and overwhelmed, invest time just sitting in purposeful silence. As you sit in silence, you relax your body, quieten your mind and allow your stress to melt away. Developing a deeper sense of clarity, purpose and direction.
It could be a prayer of gratitude and appreciation, listening to a meditation app for 10 minutes, breathing deeply and centering yourself with feet on the floor for 2 minutes.
2. A for Affirmations – Affirm with emotion & feeling statements to remind you of your unlimited potential, your most important goals and the actions that are required today to achieve them. Reminding yourself of how capable you are motivates you. Touching on which actions you must take, re-energises you to focus on doing what’s necessary today to move you towards where you desire.
This may be “How can I lovingly improve on the greatness that already exists?”, “Life is happening for me not to me”, “I am gratitude. I am courage”. Find one that sits right with you then develop and add to it over time.
3. V for Visualisation – Now close your eyes and visualise what it will look like and feel like when you reach your goals or desires. Seeing your ideal vision increases your belief that it’s possible and your desire to make it a reality. Your brain does not know the difference.
4. E for Exercise – Move your body to increase the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain. This could be as little as 5 minutes or ideally 20-30 minutes. The aim is to raise your heart rate, generate energy, alertness and focus.
I personally stretch for 5 minutes each morning, then get my heart rate up by jogging, skipping, pilates, strength training either arms, abs, butt/legs for a total of 20-30 minutes. Do what suits your body.
5. R for Reading – Listen, read or watch something inspiring that helps you learn a new idea or concept that you can incorporate into the day to improve your relationships, mindset or work. This can take just 5 minutes or 1 page. Youtube can be wonderful here.
6. S for Scribing – Write in your journal 3 things you are grateful for, 1 thing you are proud about yourself and top 1-3 things you are committed to creating that day. By doing this you create clarity and motivation that you need to take action.
Start today.
How would you feel if this is how you started the beginning of each day.
How would the quality of your day & your life improve?
Make it a must and watch your life soar and your dreams come to fruition.
Start with as little as 1 minute for each of these steps. I personally wrap it all into my hour of power each morning.
Taking 30 minutes for exercise & 10-20 mins for silent meditation, the rest in few minute blocks. The Miracle Morning Hal Elrod

You don’t have to be sick to try naturopathy. You may just want to boost your overall health or prevent an illness. – WebMD
Online Naturopath Australia – My mission is to inspire, empower and guide you to a sustainable healthy lifestyle that is simple, fun, enjoyable and adaptable.
I see so many people who walk into my clinic saying they just don’t feel quite right yet traditional doctors say there is nothing wrong and “perhaps you are just getting old, what do you expect”.
Well just because your chronological age is increasing doesn’t mean you have to get old. Ageing is optional.
I see a 70-year-old man for an occasional checkup and he surfs most days. Now, I want to be like that!
It has always fascinated me that there are people who get really old way before their time. An 80-year-old riding on his bike heading downtown for a chat compared to 57 year old in a motorised scooter picking up 12 different medication from the local pharmacy with fish and chips tucked under his arm.
Why is there such a big difference?
We are so much more than our genes. Our lifestyle and environment affect us each and every day.
My passion is to share with others what I have tried and tested over the years. Focusing on results and outcomes.
The best way to learn is by doing it.
So let’s start here and now.
1: Know Your Why.
Keeps you focused on where you are heading, feeds your momentum in good and bad times. Remember hard times are guaranteed…that is life…..but don’t last forever and there is always a lesson in them. Part of this is setting goals and intentions. Is there a special event you are preparing for or is it the consistency you are aiming for?
2. Clean Up Your Beverages
Hydration is key to cleaning out the house, body running at peak performance every day.
3. Get Moving
Basically, we eat too much and move too little. So let’s get moving!
4. Daily Rituals
These maintain great habits and guarantee you continued success. Make them fun, enjoyable and who you are.
5. Consume the Right Fuel
Clean it up, get real. Make it tasty and fun.
6. Recharging regularly
An absolute must. Act as though you are on holidays regularly. Seize moments. Plan annual holidays and mini-breaks. Get your sense of humor back. Yes, you….we know you lost it a while ago!
7. Mindset
Crucial. My motto is you can throw down as many green smoothies as you like but if you head is not in the right place you won’t get far.
8. Putting it all together
Aim for progress, not perfection. Small consistent action. Set yourself up for success. No procrastination allowed. Start somewhere, learn by experience and make it part of who you are.
Consistently improve on the greatness that already exists!
Set Yourself Up For Success – One of the key principles, in getting results and moving consistently towards your desired goals and outcomes, is setting yourself up for success.
Success doesn’t have to be complicated, difficult, unobtainable or painful beyond belief.
Success is having clarity of where you want to go. Then being present in the now, to grab hold of all the opportunities and doors that open, along the way, that are aligned with your desired outcomes.
Once you know your ‘why’, and where you want to go. It is fine-tuning the how as you journey along your path.
Success is 80% psychology, 20% strategy. If you believe you can or you can’t, you will prove to yourself, that is true. So choose your thoughts carefully!

Comparing Myself to Others Anxiety – 10 Signs You’re Comparing Yourself Too Much To Others
Comparing Myself to Others Anxiety – This can happen to all of us. We compare ourselves to friends, relatives, loved ones, workmates with bigger homes, who make more money, have more things, different mindsets. We compare ourselves to previous stages in our lives and expectations we have of ourselves.
And it gets us nowhere. Only breeding fear and insecurity, as we get into compare-and-despair mode.
So STOP IT!!! STOP
‘Human beings have always benchmarked themselves against each other and have always felt a need to keep up with the Joneses. But nowadays, thanks to social media, we are bombarded with images that seem to show that the world at large is doing better than us,’ – The Daily Mail
You have a choice to stay in the comparison mindset or accept your present circumstances as divinely where you are meant to be at this exact moment in time. It may not always be that way but it is perfect in this moment. You are exactly where you need to be.
I without a doubt choose the latter. How about you?
