- 2–4 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
- 1 cup cooked quinoa

- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Aioli
- 1/2 cup blanched almonds or cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions
