Just like a strawberry milkshake but packed with good for you ingredients and no added sugar.

Serves 2


  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 serving vanilla pea protein, rice or hemp powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • handful walnuts
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Place all ingredients in high powered blender and blitz until thick and creamy.

TIP: Pour into icy pole containers and freeze for cool treat that hits the spot.
