Drink it each morning or even start doing it a couple of times a week just before breakfast or dinner.

400mL glass of water
2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon maple syrup or white stevia powder (optional for those that need to ease into it. I prefer not to use them)
Blend all ingredients together in a glass. Cinnamon will take a bit of mixing to incorporate it.
