Here’s a twist on ice cream – a summer favourite! This one let’s you have a treat without getting totally off track. Make up your own variation!

Serves: 1


  • 1 banana, skin off, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp mesquite powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or rice malt syrup


  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.

Variations: Chai Coconut – 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, 1 tsp chai spice, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 2-3 Tbsp almond milk, 1 Tbsp maple syrup or rice malt syrup.
