  • 1 Cup Pecans
  • 1 Cup Medjool Dates (destoned)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut


  1. Blend well all ingredients in a food processor. The better it is blended the easier it is to make into balls.
  2. Put a good teaspoon of the mixture between your palms and roll into bite-sized balls.

Stores well in or out of the fridge
