Great as an indulgent treat when you just have to have something rich & chocolatey! Hits the spot but in a fabulously wholefood way.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana or handful of berries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 Tablespoons coconut nectar or maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons of cacao powder
- Dash of vanilla essence
- 1 pinch of salt
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor, bullet-style blender or regular blender and blitz until creamy and smooth.
- Eat straight away or store in the fridge in airtight container.
