Great as an indulgent treat when you just have to have something rich & chocolatey! Hits the spot but in a fabulously wholefood way.

Serves: 2


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana or handful of berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons of cacao powder
  • Dash of vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor, bullet-style blender or regular blender and blitz until creamy and smooth.
  2. Eat straight away or store in the fridge in airtight container.
