The Itinerary: A full day of activities to nourish, restore, and empower
Bathing in Mother Nature
On arrival, you’ll enjoy some time bathing in the natural thermal mineral waters which flow from deep underground into pools at Peninsula Hot Springs. Connect with yourself and nature in the company of others. Awaken your senses and nourish your soul in nature.
Body Clay Painting
Experience the healing powers and cooling effects of clay with Peninsula Hot Spring’s signature body clay ritual, using a carefully selected series of detoxifying clays from around Australia, each with their own unique therapeutic benefits.
During this 45 minute workshop, our knowledgeable and engaging hosts will share stories about these benefits as you enjoy a simple and universal connection with nature.
Workshop with Julie
Let’s step away from brave fronts and take off the mask. Julie will guide you through a 1-hour workshop that will explore the real reason for low energy levels, what your body is trying to tell you, and what you need to do to fix it.
Food to Nourish and Restore
Enjoy a specially prepared menu of nourishing foods in the beautiful Moroccan Tent
Workshop with Nanette
Nanette brings with her a unique ability to sense things both emotionally and physically. She’ll help you understand how your old belief systems, whether conscious or subconscious, are keeping you from reaching your goals. She’ll spend a full 2 and a half hours with you, guiding you through her tried-and-true techniques to getting unstuck and removing those blocks you’ve been struggling with.
After our time in the Moroccan Tent is done, we get to spend the rest of the day bathing in the mineral hot springs, nourishing our souls and refreshing our spirits. We have organised optional activities that you can choose to book during this time.
Aerial Yoga and Bathe (Optional Add-On) (2.45 pm to 3.45pm)
Aerial Yoga involves using silk hammocks that hang from the ceiling to support the body’s weight as you alternate between challenging, playful and nurturing poses. This style of yoga incorporates yoga’s traditional aspects but involves a unique and profound experience of weightlessness that is gentle on the joints and nourishing for the whole being. The class ends in a swaying cocoon pose to bring you into a state of deep meditation and surrender.
Please be aware that this activity is not suitable for anyone with blood pressure problems, who suffer from vertigo, or have a body weight of more than 100kg. Attendees should bring leggings.
Hot Springs Yoga (Optional Add-On) (2.45 pm to 3.45pm)
Held in the new Amphitheatre and led by a Peninsula Hot Springs yoga instructor, join friends and fellow bathers in custom-designed pools for a yoga class like no other. The class combines the benefits of geothermal bathing with stretching, strengthening and balancing yoga poses. This 45-minute experience is open to all levels.
Fire, Ice and Bathe (Optional Add-On) (3.45 pm to 4.45 pm)
Be invigorated by the powers of hot and cold therapy in Peninsula Hot Spring’s state-of-the-art saunas and Ice Cave. Flow between hot saunas, sub-zero Ice Cave and Deep Freeze chamber, cold plunge pools and geothermal hot springs. You will learn and experience the key health benefits of this popular science under the guidance of trained instructors during the 45-minute workshop.
An Evening at the Spa (self-booking)
Our day together officially ends at 5pm, but you are welcome to stay to enjoy the sunset, twilight bathing, or book your own massage or spa dreaming experience. Peninsula Hot Springs Wellness Centre is open until 10 pm so take the opportunity to enjoy an evening at the spa to complete your rejuvenation and relaxation journey.
Please be aware that if you would like to book your own private spa dreaming experience or massage, you will have to contact Peninsula Hot Springs directly to enquire about availabilities, prices, and to make a booking. These sessions are in high demand and should be booked early to avoid disappointment!
