If you are after a tasty grain free granola for breakfast – this is it!

Ingredients:

  • 100g pecan, roughly chopped
  • 120g (1 cup) ground almonds
  • 100g (1 cup) flaked almonds
  • 80g coconut flakes
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 80g dates chopped
  • 80g pepita
  • 40g linseed
  • 25g coconut oil
  • 40g maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder or essence
  • 3 tbl chia seeds

Method:

  1. Mix in a bowl. Spread on baking paper lined tray and bake 150 degrees for 25-30 min giving it a stir every 10 min.
  2. Store in airtight container.
