People come to me for ‘tip of the iceberg’, like putting on weight around the middle, no energy or not feeling well. Or health issues they’re going around in circles with and getting nowhere fast, like diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gout, restless leg syndrome, hayfever, sinus, psoriasis, eczema, anxiety, depression, hypothyroidism and much more.
I dive down underneath that iceberg and find out what’s really driving health issues and formulate a holistic strategy, either integrative or stand alone. This can include diet, exercise program, nutrients, herbs, lifestyle tips or referrals to other health practitioners.
For example, Jenny came to find a better solution for IBS diagnosed by her doctor. We dived underneath and found she had food intolerances and a gut infection rather than IBS. We treated it appropriately and healed her gut. Now she’s made a full recovery and no longer has a problems with constipation and diarrhoea.
At Feeling Great Naturopath Mornington we set realistic goals with you. We focus on doing a few things really well then move on and change another couple of things. For Pauline this has helped her make real and lasting change with great results.
