Here is a summer treat to cool you down as the temperature soars! Great for the kids. No artificial colours and preservatives.

Makes 4-6


  • 6 mango cheeks (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 lime, juice of (zest to sprinkle)
  • 1.5 cups coconut yogurt or coconut milk
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut


  1. Place mango, lime juice, coconut yogurt or milk in a blender or food processor. Blitz on high until all combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into ice block moulds. Freeze.
  3. Option to sprinkle with shredded coconut & lime zest or add it before freezing.
  4. Enjoy!
