Lime and coconut mousse mornington naturopath

Just love this guilt free and delicious dessert based on avocados. Make sure you allow enough time for set before eating.



  • 2 avocados
  • 1/3 cup coconut butter or coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut nectar or honey
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Pinch celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or essence
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest plus 1/4 teaspoon for garnish
  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Top with shredded coconut and remaining lime zest
  3. Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours before serving to allow to set.
