muesli 2

This is a great muesli you can do up in a big batch so it is ready at go anytime. Either add fresh fruit, cinnamon or some sulphur free gogi berries or cranberries. Whatever you prefer….variety is the spice of life!

Ingredients:

1 cup puffed rice

1 cup of puffed millet

1 cup of puffed amaranth

1 cup of brown rice flakes

1 cup of millet flakes

1 cup of quinoa flakes

1 cup of sunflower seeds

1 cup of linseeds

1 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup shredded coconut

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container.

 

Serving:

1/2 cup muesli with 1/2 cup /rice/almond/soy milk and stewed fruit or berries, cinnamon and love.

OR 1 cup of dry sulphur free goji or cranberries

OR 1/2 cup of coconut flakes
