Fresh organic green smoothie with salad apple cucumber pineapple and lemon as healthy drink

Well it’s that time of year when there is a tendency to get overwhelmed, time poor and celebrate more than usual……and our healthy alkalising vegetable intake can waiver.

Instead we are consuming more acidic foods like wine, beer, chocolates, cakes and more….

Daily green smoothies or juices can do amazing things to turn this around by getting you more alkaline and feeling ……..more energised, less bloated, thinking clearer, brighter skin, and losing weight.

I also include juices in this because there are some people that really dislike the thick texture of smoothies, porridge and the like. So I say opt for green juices and salads to have the same effect as a smoothie.

Fresh beetroot green apple and orange juice.

Here are three smoothie and juice recipes to help your energy soar, reduce the bloat, have more clarity of thought and help you clear out the rubbish.
