Are you endlessly making lists….bucket lists, to do lists, quarterly objectives, accountability lists….going after accomplishments outside of yourself and then praying and hoping you will be fulfilled when you get there…… or have you given up altogether?
Don’t you think we have this backwards and inside out…….. and we are running ourselves in circles.
Ideally wouldn’t it be better to first get clear on how we actually want to feel then lay out our intentions.
When your most desired feelings are consciously formed then you can plan your year, your holidays, your career, your life.
When inner clarity is attached to outer action you will start to feel how you want to feel more often…….ahhhh that feels better! Instead of chasing a future feeling that we will get after “x” happens….. we are choosing to live it daily.
Decisions become easier to make because you are clearer about what you say “no” to and what you say “hell yes” to.
You will…… complain less, feel more optimistic and open hearted and find it easier to return to your centre in challenging times.
There will be way less proving, a lot more living and more to give to the world.
