Fresh organic green smoothie with salad apple cucumber pineapple and lemon as healthy drink

A really refreshing and cleansing drink to enjoy during the day or as a light meal.

Nutrient packed and a good source of fibre.

1 green apple
1 stalk celery
Big handful of spinach or kale
1/2 bunch mint
1 lime (juice)
2cm piece of ginger
250ml coconut water

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
